Having had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home, Scott trusted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of six. He is a graduate of Tri-State Bible College and received a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed his Doctorate of Ministry in Strategic Leadership from Corban University in 2023.
Scott joined the RC3 team in February 2008 as an Associate Pastor, serving primarily in our Discipleship and Outreach Ministries. He became Senior Pastor in January 2024.
Scott and his wife, Jennifer, have two adult children and a teenager.
