As a young teen, Pastor Rob trusted Christ as Savior and was later baptized. Recognizing the gifts God had given him, he entered into full-time service during his senior year of high school. Rob is a 1993 graduate of Cedarville University and received his Master of Divinity in 2000 from Baptist Bible Seminary.
Rob came to RC3 in September 2011 with more than 17 years of experience in worship leading, mentoring, training, and shepherding volunteers in the creative arts. He and his wife Mindy, who also serves in the Worship Arts Ministry, have six children.
