Keith was raised in a Christian home and received Jesus as Savior and Lord at an early age. He and his wife, Wanda have two adult sons who received salvation and then were baptized at River Cities. They also have two grandchildren. They have been members of RC3 since 2001 and have served in various ministries and offices over the years.
Keith earned a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, IL), a Master of Hospital Administration degree from Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH), and a BA-Ps from the University of Cincinnati.
In 2023, while Keith serving as an Elder, he was asked to pray about taking on the role of full-time Administrative Pastor. He believed the Lord was leading in this and accepted the call. He retired from Cabell Huntington Hospital in January of 2024 and began his pastoral ministry at that time.
