Great Day of Prayer: Summer 2018

There is a battle each of us has in the area of prayer. We call it "the battle of nearsighted praying." It is the kind of prayer that is only concerned about matters that affect us.

What is the cure for nearsighted prayer? We don't have to guess! Jesus gave us the remedy in Matthew 9:36-38. Missions praying is the cure for nearsighted praying. 

There is a reason every missionary pleads for people back home to pray for them. Financial support is necessary, but prayer support is vital. Even a spiritual giant like Paul declared his dependence over and over on the prayers of others, On this GREAT DAY OF PRAYER, let's get a clearer vision for the world. In two separate passages, Paul The Missionary gave three concerns that mission praying addresses.
